State-of-the-Art Data Centers
Driving the technology is the main service bureau located
in Dallas, Texas with the server farm collocated at the
MCI UUNet facility. This facility is one of five in the
United States that serves as Super Point of Presence on
the UUNET backbone. It has enough backup power supply to
last three full days in case of a national disaster and
also serves as a collocation bunker for the department of
Defense and the NASDAQ. This access to the UUNet Backbone
provides our platform's server farm with the fastest access
to the markets and Internet available.
Redundancy and Scalability
Both the hardware and networking equipment is provisioned
beyond all normal standards. All of the servers housed at
the UUNet facility are rack mounted Intel Pentium 4 quad
processors with 2 full gigabytes of RAM. Our multiple networks
allow you to access data even if one of the networks is
down.
